The Feeling Store

The Feeling Store products have been carefully selected by Dr. Gail Walter for  use by parents and children. Because of the unmet need for materials and information to assist children and their parents in dealing with strong feelings, Dr. Walter, a Maryland licensed psychologist, began writing and developing products for the children she sees in her own private practice. The products demonstrated effectiveness over the past 20 years of working with children and families led her to the conclusion that these products need to be available to all children and parents. The Parent-Child Kits are designed to be used collaboratively, with information written for both adults and children.  Parents need accurate information and materials to assist children with managing feelings and difficult situations.  Children need explanations and strategies they can use to understand challenging feelings and handle difficult situations.
